This Privacy Policy describes how Del Portal Technologies S.A.C. (Lima, Peru) processes the personal data you provide through delportaltechnologies.com and its forms (contact, project evaluation, and client onboarding). It does not apply to our mobile apps, which have their own policies.
By submitting any of our forms and giving your consent, you agree to the processing of your data as described here.

Contact details you provide in the forms: name, email, WhatsApp/phone number, country, and company.
Project or business information you choose to share: project description, business details, catalog or services, hours, channels, and files you upload (for example, logo, photos, or your menu).
Minimal technical data tied to the submission: browser type and referring page. The site is static and we do not use tracking cookies.
We do not request sensitive data. Please do not include sensitive information in free-text fields.
We use your data to respond to your inquiries, and to evaluate, quote, build, and operate the project or site you request, and to maintain related communication.
The legal basis is your consent, given when you submit the form. You may withdraw it at any time (see your rights below).
We keep your data for as long as the requested relationship or engagement lasts and for the periods required by law. When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
You have the right to access, rectify, cancel (delete), and object to the processing of your personal data. To exercise them, email privacy@delportaltechnologies.com with your request; we may ask you to verify your identity.
You may also file a claim with Peru's National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data if you believe your rights have not been addressed.
To run the site and process the forms we use infrastructure, hosting, and database providers that process data on our behalf and under contract (data processors).
Some providers may be located outside Peru. In those cases we apply adequate safeguards to protect your data under Law No. 29733 and its regulations.
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration. No system is infallible, but we work to maintain an adequate level of protection.
The site and its forms are not directed to minors. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
We may update this Policy to reflect legal or operational changes. The current version will be posted on this page with its update date.
