In short
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Inquora, a mobile app for administering apartment buildings and condominiums developed by Del Portal Technologies S.A.C. (Lima, Peru). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms.
To use Inquora you must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract and accept these Terms. The app is intended for adults; minors may use it only with the authorization and supervision of a parent or guardian. The app is not directed to children under 14. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the app.
You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your credentials confidential. Inquora organizes access by roles (administrator or board, security staff, and residents) and per-building permissions. If you are an administrator or staff member and you enter third-party data (residents, staff, units, payments), you are responsible for doing so lawfully and for informing those individuals when applicable; with respect to that data, the building's administrator or organization acts as the data controller and Del Portal Technologies as the processor. You must not use the app for unlawful purposes or attempt to compromise its security.
Inquora offers a free plan and a paid Pro plan, with a 30-day Pro trial. Billing is per building and is contracted by the administrator or board; residents have free access. When online payments are enabled, they will be processed through a third-party payment provider using that provider's hosted checkout; Inquora does not store your card details. For billing, subscription, or refund inquiries, write to billing@delportaltechnologies.com. Prices and terms may change, with reasonable advance notice.
Inquora is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make reasonable efforts to keep the app operational and secure, but we do not warrant that it will be error-free or uninterrupted. Inquora is a management tool: fee calculations, condo accounting, and the resulting decisions are the responsibility of the administrator or board. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Del Portal Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits, arising from use of the app. You should keep copies of any information you consider critical.
We may modify these Terms and the app's features; material changes will be communicated through available means. You may end your relationship with Inquora by deleting your account from the app at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or the law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru, and any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Lima, Peru. The processing of personal data is governed by Law No. 29733 and its regulations.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data Inquora processes, for what purposes, and how you can exercise your rights. The data controller is Del Portal Technologies S.A.C. (Lima, Peru). Processing is governed by Peru's Law No. 29733 (Personal Data Protection Law) and its regulations.
We use your data to authenticate you and keep your session active, to provide the building-administration features (people, units, finances, notices, and security), to log staff attendance when applicable, and to keep the app secure and working correctly. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with third parties for their own commercial purposes. For much of the building data, the administrator or organization is the data controller and Del Portal Technologies acts as the processor.
Under Peru's Law No. 29733, you have the rights of access, rectification, cancellation, and objection regarding your personal data. You can exercise these rights by writing to privacy@delportaltechnologies.com.
To operate Inquora we rely on providers that act as data processors: Supabase (database, authentication, file storage, and real-time sync; its infrastructure is hosted on servers outside Peru, which involves an international data transfer) and Sentry (error diagnostics; reports are sent only from production builds, with a truncated user identifier and no additional personal data). The app is distributed through the App Store (Apple) and Google Play (Google). When online payments are enabled, they will be handled by a third-party payment provider via a hosted checkout; Inquora does not store card data.
We keep your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described and to comply with legal obligations. The main data types and their retention periods are:
| Data type | Retention period |
|---|---|
| Account data (name and email) | Until you delete your account; on deletion it is erased or anonymized |
| Login credential | Deleted immediately when you delete your account |
| Condo financial and accounting records (dues, payments, expenses, receipts) | May be kept anonymized or associated with the unit to meet accounting and legal obligations |
| Security module records (access, packages, reports) | Per the building's operational and security needs |
| Staff attendance geolocation | While relevant to the building's labor oversight |
| Building notices | Automatically hidden 24 hours after publication |
| Diagnostic error reports | Limited period for technical diagnostics; no personal data beyond a truncated identifier |
You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Danger zone → Delete account (effective immediately), or by writing to privacy@delportaltechnologies.com; email requests are processed within a maximum of 30 days after we verify your identity. Certain condo accounting records may be kept in anonymized form to meet legal obligations.
