Account deletion
You can delete your account and your personal data at any time, from within the app itself. Here we explain how to do it and what happens to your information.

Deletion is permanent and irreversible: once confirmed, we cannot recover the account or its contents.
When you delete your account, we immediately and permanently erase your data from our systems. We keep our own encrypted backups of the database under our control, which rotate automatically (daily copies are kept for up to 10 days and monthly copies for up to 12 months); they are not used to restore your account, and deleted data ages out of them as they rotate. We only retain minimal data where required by law (for example, consumer complaints).
If you lost access to the app or to your account, write to us from the email address you signed up with and we will process the deletion for you. We will handle your deletion (cancellation) request within a maximum of ten (10) business days, in accordance with Law No. 29733 and its Regulation.
