In accordance with Peru's Consumer Protection and Defense Code, you may submit through this form a complaint or claim relating to the products or services offered by Del Portal Technologies S.A.C. When you register the request, the system will assign a correlative code and make a copy of the Complaint Form available for immediate download and delivery to the email address provided. Complaints and claims will be answered in writing within the maximum and non-extendable period of fifteen (15) business days. Filing a complaint or claim does not prevent you from turning to Indecopi or using other dispute-resolution mechanisms.
