Acceptance and eligibility

By downloading or using ArchPad, you accept these Terms. You must be able to enter into a binding agreement in your country and use the app in line with the Apple App Store terms and applicable law. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Your account and content

ArchPad works without an account; creating one is optional and unlocks cross-device sync. You are responsible for your sign-in credentials and for the content you create. You keep all rights to your work — we claim no ownership of your sketches or mockups — and you agree to use the app lawfully and not to disrupt or reverse-engineer it.

Pro, purchases and subscriptions

Core features are free. ArchPad Pro is an in-app purchase processed by Apple: subscriptions renew until you cancel and are managed in your Apple account settings, while Lifetime is a one-time purchase. If we offer add-ons later, they will be sold the same way and announced inside the app. Promo codes may grant Pro for a limited time or permanently. Prices, billing and refunds are handled by Apple under its terms; you can also reach us about billing at billing@delportaltechnologies.com.

Warranties and limitation of liability

ArchPad is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Del Portal Technologies S.A.C. is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important work.

Changes, termination and governing law

We may update the app and these Terms; significant changes will be reflected with a new "last updated" date. You may stop using ArchPad at any time and delete your account. These Terms are governed by the laws of Peru, including Law No. 29733 on Personal Data Protection and its regulations.

What we collect

• · Account data (only if you sign up): your email address and an optional display name. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider and stored hashed — we never see them.
• · Your content: the sketches and mockups you create, including any images you place inside a design (for example, a logo). These stay on your device unless you enable sync with ArchPad Pro, in which case their content — those images included — is stored in your account on our backend. Notes (text and freehand ink) are always local: they are never synced or uploaded, not even with ArchPad Pro.
• · Screenshots imported as a tracing reference: processed on your device for tracing and on-device text recognition, and stored only on your device — they are never uploaded, not even with sync enabled.
• · Purchase status: whether you have ArchPad Pro, through Apple. Apple processes the payment; we never receive your card details.
• · Diagnostics: anonymous error reports (a technical message and a context tag) so we can fix crashes — never your design content.
• · We do NOT collect location, health, contacts, camera, or photo-library data, and we do not use advertising or third-party tracking.

How we use it

We use this data only to operate ArchPad: to authenticate you, sync your work across your devices when you turn sync on, provide and restore your purchases, and diagnose and fix problems. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Your rights

Under Peru's Law No. 29733 you have the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection over your personal data. You can exercise these rights by writing to legal@delportaltechnologies.com.

Third-party services

ArchPad relies on a few providers that process data on our behalf: Apple (App Store and in-app purchases), Supabase (authentication and, when you enable sync, storage of your account and synced sketches), and Sentry (anonymous error reporting). We do not share your data with advertisers.
