1. Use of the Service

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.

3. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

4. Limitation of Liability

Del Portal Technologies S.A.C. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Lima, Peru.

Data We Collect

Third-Party Services

We use infrastructure providers (including Supabase for database hosting and authentication) that process data on our behalf under data processing agreements. These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data.
